Payment Mode: Appliers

/ e-challan facilities. Additional charges will be applicable as per the rule
of the bank from where the money is being transferred.
Assortment Process: Applicants selection will
be based on the basis of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. Merit list
will be prepared according to the marks obtained by candidates.
GATE Exam Pattern
- Paper will contain Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and Numerical Answer Questions. Duration of the paper will be three hours.
- Examination will contain total 65 questions, which will carry 100 marks.
- Out of 100 question 10 que. Will carry 15 marks will be on General Aptitude (GA).
- Papers bearing the codes AE, AG, BT, CE, CH, CS, EC, EE, IN, ME, MN, MT, PE, PI, TF and XE, the Engineering Mathematics will carry around 15% of the total marks.
- 15% of the total marks is given to the General Aptitude section.
- The other subject of the paper will carry 70% of the total mark.
- Papers bearing the codes AR, CY, EY, GG, MA, PH and XL, the General Aptitude section will carry 15% and other subjects will carry 85% of the total marks.

It is an all India test held for testing the aptitude and
core subject knowledge of the contestant in applied courses’ subjects. Those aspirants

About GATE: IISc
(Indian Institute of Science) and seven IITs (Indian Institutes of Technology
