- A citizen of India
- A citizen of Nepal or
- A subject of Bhutan

Education Qualification: Applying applicants
should have degree of B.E. / B.Tech or passed sections A and B of the
Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India).
or
Having Degree/ Diploma in engineering from foreign University/
College/ Institution but recognized by the Government of India.
or
Passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institute of
Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India);
Or
Passed Associate Membership Examination Parts II and
III/Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India;
Or
Passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics
and Radio Engineers, London held after November, 1959, those who fulfill above
criteria are eligible to apply for IES notification.
Age Criteria: Candidates age must have
minimum 21 Years and maximum 30 years. Upper age will be relaxed for reserved
category as per rules of organization.
Application Fee: Candidates
need to submit given below application fee thorough any branch of SBI by cash
through challan.
For General/ OBC category: Rs. 200/-
Reserved category candidates are exempted to pay any fees.

- Enter on “Part-I Registration’ link and submit complete details in Online Registration form.
- Now press on the “Part-II Registration” link and upload recent passport size photographs and signature and submit it as per the specifications.
- Then automatic generated provisional registered ID and password, now you may login it with it.
- Once registration complete then fill up UPSC Indian Engineering Services Application Form and Upload all the important documents.
