UP BTC Counselling
UP Education Board has described UP BTC
Counselling Dates, Call Letter, Schedule, and Procedure for those candidates
who had been attended UP BTC examination in this year. Organization has distributed
an announcement to organize Basic
Training Certificates (BTC).
Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board conducts the UP BTC Exam every year for the
appointment of teachers. Huge number of candidates had appeared in this exam
and now waiting for the UP BTC Counselling,
Schedule & Merit List.
Candidates are informed that applicants who are searching for
Merit List Cut off Marks or Schedule they may download it from this page in PDF
format. Firstly, merit list will be updated and then the Counselling dates will
be announced.
After appear in the exam, result will be announced on the basis
of Cut off Marks. Result will be announced after some days of exam. After
result, Counselling session starts. Spectators must focus on the content of
this page. The association will soon disclose the schedule of BTC Counseling on the official
website. Applicants who want to make their career in Government sector, they
may attend the Counseling.
UP BTC
Counselling Process:
Counselling will be started soon at several locations.
Applicants also should read rank criteria. Applicants need to attend UP BTC
Counselling with related documents and filled Application Form to join this
Process.
Assortment Mode: Merit list will be
equipped on the basis of marks obtained by aspirants in entrance exam and Class
XII or equivalent in Maths, Physics and Chemistry in the ratio 50:50.
Applicants, who will be qualified in the test, can attend the counseling.
Documents to be submitted for UP BTC verification
- Marks sheet of class 12th
- Certificate of Class XII/ HSC/ Graduation
- Character certificate
- Certificate of Medical Fitness
- Domicile of official address
- Category certificate for OBC/ SC/ ST
- For economically weak candidates: the Income certificate

Steps to Attend UP BTC Counselling:
Candidates need to follow the below steps which will
assist to get a desired college:
- Firstly applicants who want to attend BTC Counselling are required to get ready with all the original particulars of education.
- Then, they must obtain their call letter for Counselling.
- Candidates are required to be present at the location mentioned in Counselling letter to attend counseling along with all essential particulars.
- On the Counselling location, applicants have to inquire about the allotment from Counseling Leader.
- Then, applicants will ask to do document registration to finally allot for Counselling.
- Now candidate’s main role starts to contact to colleges for which they applied in Counselling.

ReplyDeleteCould you please tell me the exact date of counseling for up btc 2017 because there is a lot of confusion regarding the date.
Somewhere it is showing 20july to 31july.and others in August first week.
Please clarify.
