(1) The standard of the examination shall be equivalent to that
of Secondary School.
(2) Candidates five times the openings will be deemed to be
qualified in Written Test and called for practical Skill Test.
(3) The practical Skill Test will be of qualifying nature. An applicant
securing minimum 40 percent marks in it will be deemed to be qualified in skill
test but this score shall not be added to total marks of written exam.
