Axis Young Bankers Program (ABYB)
Required Education: Applicants must have done their graduation degree from any
stream, with 55% and above in their FINAL year of graduation or aggregate of
55% and above in graduation at initial. Rest will depend upon the requirement
of the position available.
Age Limit: Age
of candidates must have maximum 25 years
Other relaxations will be given
according to the organizational norms.

Points To Be Consider:
- The Aptitude test will be conducted online.
- The test duration will be of 2 hours (approximately).
- Contenders who will give their best perform in interview, they will get the vacancy.
- Self attested photocopy of the Graduation degree/ Mark sheet indicating 'Pass' , an identity proof and duly filled job application form ( will be sent to shortlisted candidates) should be kept ready for submission at the time of Personal Interview.
- No TA/DA will be given to the candidates for attending the interview.
Pay Band:
- Young Bankers will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs.5, 000/- per month for the first 9 months to meet the out of pocket expenses and Rs. 12,000/-per month during the internship towards their living expenses.
- On successful completion of the course the candidates would be absorbed in the role of 'Customer Service Officer (CSO)' at Assistant Manager in the Bank with a gross CTC of Rs. 4.12 lakhs per annum as provided below.
