Eligibility
Criteria: Read complete info

Academic
Records- Applying Applicants should have qualified Postgraduate Medical
Degree i.e. (M.D./M.S./M.D.S/ D.M./M.Ch/DNB)/ MBBS (PG
degree/ diploma holders shall be preferred)/ M.Sc (Medical) in concerned
specialty from the recognized university or institution.
Age
Limit:
For Senior Residents, Resident Anaesthetist, Resident
Pathologist, Casualty Medical Officers (General Medicine & General Surgery):
Maximum: 33 years
Doctoral degree candidates:
Maximum: 35 years
For Demonstrators, Emergency Medical Officer, & Medical
Officers (Mo)/Lady Medical Officer:
Maximum: 30 years
For PG degree holder
Maximum: 33 years
Relaxation of 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST & Government
Servants (Through Proper Channel). In case of widows, divorced women and women
judicially separated from their Husbands, who are not remarried shall be 35
years (40 years for members of SC) is available.
Hiring
Process: Applicants will be appointed on
the basis of performance in written test and interview which will be organized
by the Government Medical College & Hospital of Chandigarh.
The Written Test will
be operated in Chandigarh only.
On the basis of
written test, the merit list will be prepared and short listed appliers will be
called for interview.
