Eligibility Criteria: Students should have
passed Master’s Degree in concerned stream with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA
6.5 on a scale of 10, or equivalent (55% or CGPA 6/10 for SC/ST candidates).
The qualifying degree should have been obtained within 5 years.
Essential
Points: Normal relaxation to the eligibility criteria will be
applicable as per Government of India guidelines.
Aspirants who meet the minimum eligibility criteria for
obtaining INSPIRE PhD fellowship as per the DST guidelines may also apply.
In the event of short listing, and successful clearing
of interview, the applicant shall be provisionally admitted for the PhD
program.
Admission shall be cancelled, if the applicant is
unable to provide evidence for INSPIRE PhD fellowship at the time of
registration.
Selection Process: Selection of
aspirants will be done on the basis of interview session.
An interview will be held at IISER-TVM and no TA/DA will be paid
for attending interview session.
Application
Fee: Applicants will deposit application fee of Rs. 200/- (For Gen)
and Rs. 100/- (for others) that is paid through the Powerjyoti Account.

- Candidates should read notification.
