Eligibility Criteria:
- Students should have done their 10 +2 with a minimum of 50% in aggregate
- Applicants should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects.
- Aspirants whose parents/guardians are working in public/government sector for last five years in Tamil Nadu are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates should belong to the state of Tamil Nadu and ought to have completed their class XII from the state.
- Students who do not belong to the state of Tamil Nadu but have completed class XII from the state are also suitable to apply.
- Tamil Nadu native applicants who have done their class XII from schools situated outside the state are also able to apply provided they submit a valid nativity certificate. The nativite certificate should be enclosed in the digital format.
Age
Limitations: Age of applicants should have maximum 25

Selection Process: Selection of
aspirants will be done on the basis of as per marks in 12th class. Seats are
allotted by Anna University on the basis of TNEA counselling. As per the Merit
List, students can choose suitable colleges.

Candidates can get the application form by paying Rs. 500/- for the General
Candidates and Rs. 250/- for reserved candidates.
Offline Mode: Students
will deposit fee of Rs. 700/- for the general and Rs. 450/- for scheduled
caste/scheduled tribe/other backward classes.
Forward Application:
- Online Applications along with all enclosures and documents connected to Sports must be submitted IN PERSON at the office of the Secretary (TNEA), otherwise the application under sports quota will be rejected.
- Applicants need to collect an acknowledgement after submitting the Application.
