Counselling Procedure:

Counselling Round 1:
Step 1: Reporting and Registration:
Students need to reach the counselling venue at 9:00 AM and its compulsory for
applicants to be present physically. Applicants will get register after the
submission of the counselling fee of Rs 1000.
Step 2: Choice Filling:
it is one time process. Students should double sure the order of preferences
that they fill for B.Tech Courses. There is no change of preference and it will
be entertained further in the subsequent rounds of counselling.
Step 03: Document verification:
Appearing candidates are required to follow the all rounds. First of all,
students are required to round of documents verification. In this round,
applicants must bring original documents during the counseling at the
University. The list of Required Documents is available in the beneath section
of this page.

Step 4: Fee Deposition:
After completed above stated steps you shyould deposit an amount of fee through
demand draft. After completing MMMUT Counselling Round 1, applicants will be
called for counselling round 2. Shortlisted candidates’ list will be made
available and having to report as per their ranks.

Counselling Round 2:
Step 1: Seat Allotment:
selected contenders will be called for the seat allotment process which will be
completely depending on Round 1 process. Applicants must reach at the time of
the seat allotment. If, candidates are not presented at the time of the seat
allotment, they will lose their seats and will be eligible for the next round
of seat allotment as per the availability.
Step 2: Distribution of the Admission
Offer Letters: all the applicants who will be allotted
for sit, they will have received an admission letter after the completion of
the seat allotment process.
Step 3: Deposition of Remaining
University Fee: selected students must pay remaining fee
of the university before the final date. In case, any candidate cannot submit
the full university fee, they will not be eligible for that seat and the seat
will be transferred to next eligible candidate.

Counselling
Fee:
Those students will be appeared in counselling, they need to submt6 fee of Rs. 500/-/- as
non-refundable Counselling Fee and Rs. 10,000/- as initial part of tuition fee
at the time of document verification.
Fee must be deposited at the time of counselling
are non refundable in case of allotment of seat, while in case of non allotment
of seat the demand draft of Rs.10,000/- shall be refunded on the day of seat
allotment itself.
