Procedure: Applicants may check the Rajasthan BSTC Counseling Procedure

Registration: Applicants are
required to register themselves. Physical appearance of the candidate at the
counseling is mandatory. Only the candidate / representative will be allowed
into the counseling hall.
Registration
Fee: Applicants will deposit registration fees of Rs.3000/- at the
counselling. University of KOTA, Rajasthan will not entertain any requests for
extension in this regard. Absence of the candidate or his / her representative
at the indicated reporting time and date will result in the instantaneous
forfeiture of any claim for a seat.
Selection of
Choice: After creating the profile, applicants need to choose the
Institutes and branches according to their preferences in decreasing order.
Candidates are advised to fill in as many choices as possible. After that,
“Lock” your choices according to the priority.
Document
Verification: Appliers must produce the original documents along with one set
of self-attested photocopies at the time of Document Verification. The original
documents will be given back to the candidates after the verification is done.
Seat Allotment: Seat will be
allotted in the order of merit list. Merit list will be prepared according to
the applicants percentage, their choices on courses and institutes.
Reporting: After the allotment
of seats in BSTC, applicants are required to report on the required college and
hostel facility should contact the Chief Warden of the allotted institution for

- 10th standard marks card for proof of date of birth
- Marks card of 10+2
- Conduct and Character certificate obtained on the School/College letter head/pad No other certificate in lieu of this will be accepted
- Transfer certificate or School/College Leaving Certificate issued by the School/College. No other certificate in lieu of this will be accepted
- Four recent and identical passport size photographs and one stamp size photograph
- Fees: As applicable for the programme
- Copy of PAN card of parent
- Authorization letter if representative is attending on behalf of candidate
- One set of photocopies of all the above documents
