operate Foreign Medical Graduate Screening Exam (FMGE). Dear students this exam
operates twice in a year i.e. June session and December session by NBE for
those students who are pursuing/ completed medical education from abroad but
want to obtain provisional or permanent registration from MCI or any State
Medical Council. Applicants who have requisite FMGE Eligibility Criteria they
should apply through online way after getting entire FMGE Applying Procedure
till the final date which is given below session wise.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should be either a citizen of India or Overseas Citizen of India.
- Candidates must hold a primary medical qualification which is approved by the Indian Embassy concerned to be an acknowledged qualification for admission as medical practitioner in India.
- You should have to produce the proof of primary medical qualification before the scheduled date.
- Those candidates, who possess Under Graduate medical qualification from Canada / Australia / New Zealand / United States of America / United Kingdom and want provisional or permanent registration, are exempted from the Screening Test.
Application Fee: Students will
deposit fee of Rs. 5500/- through debit card/ credit card/net banking.
Selection Process: Selection of
candidates will be done on the basis of Foreign Medical Graduate Screening Exam
(FMGE).
FMGE Exam Pattern
- The FMGE exam will consist of two parts.
- Each part will include 150 questions.
- Duration of exam will be 150 minutes (for each part).
- The paper consists of multiple choice questions.
- There will be no negative in FMGE entrance examination.
