Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is ready to operate
Karnataka PGCET Counselling for those students who are qualified
in written
exam. Exam qualified students are able to attend Karnataka PGCET Counselling on due date. In this counselling,
1st, 2nd, & 3rd round will be organized by KEA. Through this last
procedure, you will able to take admission in the first year of MBA/ MCA/ M.E./

Examination Authority is authority that is made to perform the different exams under
the state. It is responsible to perform each kind of exam such as Common
Entrance examination, lateral entry examination, diploma holders examination and

Registration
- After the declaration of Merit List, candidates need to register themselves for the counselling session.
- They are required to report at the nearest help line and register their Karnataka PGCET number.
- All the process of the counselling choice filling, seat allotment, confirmation of admission and more are well described below in this page.
- When the registration procedure has done, candidates may proceed further for the verification of documents.
Document
Verification
- During the reporting at the assist line centres, you need to bring and submit their original documents for verification along with a set of photocopies.
- The photocopies should be attested by a Gazetted officer. Those students have qualified GATE and Non-Karnataka candidates/ Sponsored candidates / QIP candidates / Part time applicants have to report at the Bangalore help line centre.
- If you failed to bring the required documents then they were not allowed to participate in the counselling session.
Option
Entry:
- KEA is ready to announce the seat matrix and fee details. After the announcements, students will be capable to do the option entry.
- Students need to submit the choices for the course and colleges.

Mock
Seat Allotment:
- In the first round of counselling, you will get their result of the mock seat allotment. It will be announced before the actual allotment round. If
- On the basis of it, students may make modification in the submitted preferences.
Seat
Allotment and Confirmation:
- On the decided day, the actual seat allotment result will be issued. Students will be required to check the allotment and those students want to take the seat or not.
- Those students are satisfied with the allotment they are required to accept the allotment.
Reporting
at the College:
- In the last, you need to report college and finish the remaining admission formalities.
- If you do not report within the stipulated duration, their seat allotment will be canceled.
