www.barc.gov.in Pay Scale Structure Overview
OCES trainees as well as DGFS fellows are paid a stipend
of Rs.20,000/- per
month during the period of their training and a one-time book allowance of
Rs.5,000/-.

attractive pay package in Pay Band-3, additional increments based on the
performance during the OCES Program are also granted for the OCES and the DGFS
fellows getting 03 or 04 increments depending on their performance in M.Tech.

The following Pay / Allowances would be applicable to:
- Pay in Pay Band - Rs 15,600 Per Month (The officer will be placed in PB 3 - 15600-39100)
- Grade Pay:- Rs 5400 PM
- Dearness Allowances as applicable
- House Rent Allowance @30%, 20% and 10% as applicable as per rules
- Transport Allowance :- Rs 3200 + DA (A1 & A2 cities) / 1600 + DA ( Other cities)
- In addition to the above, the Performance Related Incentive System (PRIS), a variable component of the pay, may also be admissible.
Other Allowances are also payable such as Children Education Allowance, Professional Update Allowance and Leave Travel Concession (LTC).
A comprehensive Contributory Health Service Scheme (CHSS) for employees and their dependent family members is also visible at all DAE Units.
