Eligibility
Criteria: All students who successfully qualified in the NIT MCA Common
Entrance Test and get the NIMCET Rank Card, they are capable to take part in
counseling session on scheduled date and venue.
NIMCET Counselling Procedure
Submission
of Fee: Capable candidates should submit required fee through cash payment/ Net Banking and
Debit Card.
Verification
of Documents: Contenders will have to bring below
stated documents in originals and one set of photocopies for verification at
time of document verification:
Allocation
of Seats: As per merit list ranking and availability of seat,
candidates will get the seat accordingly.
After allotment, contenders should submit initial fees
of as per your courses.
And if you are not satisfied with allocation, you may
apply for next counseling session.

GO to ‘Registration’ tab and fill registration form
completely.
During admission process, you will get a Login Id and
Password.
Choice Filling:
After filling registration form you need to fill their
choices.
Select suitable choices according to their preference.
Candidates can edit/ modify/ delete their choices.
Finally, save your choices and take print out of saved
choices for future use.

Documents required at the time of NIMCET Counselling/Admission:
Candidates need to bring below mentioned
documents at the time NIMCET Counselling procedure.
- Hall Ticket
- Rank Card
- Statements of Marks and Provisional Certificate / Original Degree.
- Class 10th Mark sheet
- Class XII Hall Ticket
- Class XII or Equivalent Exam Marks Sheet
- Mark Sheet of Preceding qualification
- Proof in concern of Date of Birth
- Identity Proof
- Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate / School Leaving Certificate/ Physical Fitness Certificates
- Date of Birth Certificate (S.S.C. or equivalent).
- Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC candidates.
- Latest Income Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of eligible SC/ST/BC/EBC candidates claiming fee concession.
- NCC, NSS, CAP, SPORTS and PH certificates of special category
- Four recent passport size photos.
- Two sets of attested copies of all the above certificates/documents, along with 3 copies each of TC, Caste & Income certificates
