Fee: Candidates need to pay fee of Rs 700/- through Debit
Card/Credit Cards/ net banking or at E-Mitra centres.
Steps
for REAP Counselling:
Online Registration:
- First and foremost step of every candidate is register yourselef for counselling round.
- For this applicants are required to fill registration form.
- Now upload photograph not more than 100 KB in JPG format and signature not more than 50 KB in JPG format.
- Then pay the amount of application fee.
- After registration, candidates must note down the unique login id details which include the Challan No., Token code/transaction no, date of birth and mother’s name. They must print the application form after editing if required.
Online choice filling and Locking:
- Dear candidates after the registration procedure is completed, the process of choice filling and locking will be done.
- Login by using sixteen digits (or twelve digits) E-mitra no./ Bill desk transaction Id., mother’s name and date of birth
- Fill choices of seats available from the given list of institutions, and the B.Tech/B.E courses.
- Candidates have the choice to fill as many choices as they can so that they don’t miss a seat on account of “Choice exhausted condition”.
- Now save choices every time they log in and edit the same.
- Editing is allowed till the last date of choice filling.
- When appliers are sure of all their choices, they should look the choices finally else the system will automatically lock the choices to the last saved ones.
- Seat Allotment Procedure:
- Allotment of seats procedure will be done on the basis of merit rank of applied appliers and also choices filled will also matters.
- Afterwards, appliers have to download their provisional seat allotment letters which will contain their personal details as well as details of the institution and programme to they have been provisionally admitted and details of initial fee payment.
- Admission at the allotted institute:
- Appliers, who have been allotted seats they will have to be physically present at the allotted institute at the scheduled time.
- Applicants will be required to carry with them requisite certificates, original documents for verification, one set of self-attested photocopies of the documents. They are also necessary to bring with them the printout of the application form with the signature.

several rounds as mentioned below:

Allotment of seats to candidates will be done on the basis
of their marks obtained in JEE Main

Second Round
|
If allotted seat is given to higher preference
candidates therefore that particular seat will fall empty and it therefore it
will further allocated to other participants.
Fresh choice filling option will not be permitted to
contenders.
Registered contenders will not have the option to
change or resubmit their choices

Third Round
|
Applicants with JEE Main score and therefore they are
not allotted seats due to exhaustion of their choice, then applicants will be
allowed to participate in this round
Candidates who have registered themselves and they do
not have JEE Main score then candidates have the option to change their
choice of filling.
New contenders, who meet the necessary eligibility
criteria, will be allowed to register after the payment of application fee
and therefore candidates can fill new choices.
Candidates who will report in the first and second
round will not be allowed to participate again in the counselling process
further.
Appliers with allotted seats but they did not report
at the allotted institutes in the first and second rounds therefore they will
not be allowed to participate in the third round.
Contestants have to register themselves again for
counseling as a new candidate.

Fourth Round
|
Allotment of seats is done due to upward movement.
They will be awarded seats according to the choice of the programme that they
had filled and now the seat has fallen vacant as the candidates to whom it
was originally allotted did not report at the allotted institute.

Fifth Round
|
Earlier registered contenders had not paid the
advance fees; they have the option to participate in the spot round by paying
Rs 10, 000 and will have to fill the choice.
Candidates who had earlier registered and taken
admission at the allotted institute, they can join the spot round after
withdrawing their admission and paying a fee of Rs 10, 000.
Candidates who are participating have the option to
change their choice.
Initially applied candidates were not allotted seats
due to exhaustion of choice; contestants can participate in the spot round
without paying any fee and can modify the choice of programme.
Candidates who had participated in the main round of
counselling but did not join allotted institute, they can participate in spot
round by paying fee of Rs10, 000. such candidates can modify their choice
Candidates who had not applied earlier can register
themselves by paying non-refunadble fees of Rs 700 and advance fees of Rs
10,000. They can fill the choice of their programme online.

Documents Required For Counseling:
- Persons with disability will have to present a certificate which has to be again issue by a competent authority
- Hard copy of provisional seat allotment letter
- Registration form with colored photograph of the candidate affixed on it
- Additional colored photograph
- Consolidated mark sheet/ Grade of qualifying examination
- Undertaking to be taken by OBC/SBC in a particular format
- Wards of ex-servicemen will have to produce the certificate if applicable
- Valid JEE Main score card
- Class X board certificate which will be used to verify date of birth
- Class XII mark sheet
- Domicile certificate issued by a competent authority
- Certificate for those who are claiming reservation such as those belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Other backward Class and SBC. The certificate of category has to be issued by a recognized authority
