AP
EAMCET Eligibility
Nationality:
Indian nationality individuals are capable. Persons of
Indian Origin (PIO) and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders will also
be capable for admissions through AP EAMCET.
Required Education:
Qualified or appeared students in the final year of
Intermediate Examination (10+2th standard) conducted by the Board of
Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana with Physics and Mathematics
and Chemistry as optionals or related vocational courses in the field of
Engineering are capable. Those students who have qualified any other
examination recognized as equivalent by the Board of Intermediate Education,
Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana will also be termed capable for admission.
OR
Those candidates who have passed or appeared at the
final year of the Diploma exam in Engineering conducted by the State Board of
Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana or any other
examination recognized as equivalent by the State Board of Technical Education
and Training, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
Age Duration: Applying students must be
minimum 16 years and maximum 31 year. As per AP EAMCET there is no upper age
limit.
For B.Tech Dairy Technology, B.Tech Agricultural
Engineering, B.Tech Food Science & Technology, the students should have
completed 17 years of age as on December 31st year of admission. The
upper age limit of the candidates belonging to General category must be 22
years, while for SC/ST category candidates must be 25 years of age as on
December 31 of the admission year.
Domicile
Requirement: All of the applying students must belong
to the state of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana. It is important for the individual to
satisfy Local/Non-Local status requirements as per the state of Andhra
Pradesh/Telangana.
Marks
Required: In the qualifying examination, you must
have secured minimum 45% aggregate marks (40% for reserved category) in the
subjects taken.
