Complete process for
UP D.El.Ed Online Counseling:
- Actual Merit List will be prepared as per Male/ Female wise, Science/ Art wise, Category wise.
- Applicants will be provided Rank based on their Merit List, which is base of Selection.
- Candidates of selected rank can fill seat of their choice online in given time.
- After that College Allotment will process by NIC.
- In 2nd Round of Counseling, chance of Selection will provide based on Vacant Seats.
- If Candidate not fills choice in 1st Round, then he/ she is eligible to fill choice in 2nd Round.
- College will be allotted based on Choice filled by candidate.
- It is duty of Principal of allotted college to provide details of filled/ vacant seats.
- There will be no Selection after Last Date.
- Board is also not responsible for Vacant Seats in colleges.
- List of Allotted Candidates will provide to Private Colleges.
- It is responsibility of DIET Principal to ensure verification of Merit, Group/ Category.
Admission Fee:
- UP D.El.Ed is a 2 Year Non Residential Training Course of four Semesters.
- Candidates selected for DIET have to Pay Rs. 10200/- per year as Training Fee.
- Candidates selected for Private Colleges have to Pay Rs. 41000/- per year as Training Fee.
- Private College cannot pay admission fee as decided by Board i.e. Rs 41000/-.
- There will be No Fee for Hostel/ Residence.
- Candidates will not provide any Stipend during Training.
- Candidates have to pay Exam Fee, Mark Sheet Fee Separately
- Admission Fee will Paid by E-Payment OR Bank Draft, as suitable to candidates.
D.El.Ed Documents
for Online Counseling:
- Print Out of Filled Registration Form.
- Print Out of submitted Challan Fee/ Online Fee.
- Print out Fully Submitted/ Corrected Online Application Form.
- Original & Print Copies of Certificates, Marksheets of 10th, 12th & Graduation.
- Domicile Certificate
- Caste Certificate.
- Passport Size Photographs.
- Affidavit regarding any non fulfilled certificate.
Selection & Document Verification Process:
- Selection of the aspirants will be on the basis of Merit List.
- Higher marks in Merit Candidates will be awarded DIET (Government Colleges).
- Merit List will be prepared based on Marks of High School, Intermediate & Graduation.
- Separate cut off will be DIET & Private colleges.
- Merit List will prepare Category wise & Stream wise & it is rounded off up to two points of decimal.
- If two candidates have same merit then preference will be given to older candidate.
- Seat Matrix will be uploaded on UP Basic Education Boards website stream wise/ category wise.
- Contenders have to give choice online based on no. of seats in DIET/ Pvt Colleges.
- Document Verification will conduct by Allotted College at the time of Admission.
